This was my first flower bouquet, I suppose. If you can call 2 flowers a bouquet. ^^;;

They were for my Japanese Texts professor. :) She helped me out a lot this semester, so...

Thoughts? Do you like tsumami crafts in a vase?

Tsumami * zaiku つまみ細工 / pinching craft, not kanzashi, because it doesn't go in your hair. :)

Thoughts?

Zomg that looks like my vase when I'm in the process of making kanzashi! XDDD

I was thinking on making one or two for home decor purposes. They look really nice. :D

:heart: and I always love playing with color. :heart:

Thanks, dear!

Ahahah, mine don't get on the support until the very last thing. ^^; they're always sitting in boxes, with their pins/prongs in different boxes while I play...^^

Yeah, I want to make more for home decor. :heart: I think I will...

You're definitely gifted with it--if you weren't majoring in Asian studies, you could totally major in an art field. However, this is probably the better solution--art should always be something enjoyed, not work. ;D

:blush: oh, thank you.

I totally agree, though-- art should be Fun, not Work. ^.^

Making them for home decor would be tons of fun and amazing since I'm kinda tired of the generic store silk flowers. Not to mention they get extremely dusty and the like.

I like to make my kanzashi and then place them in a jar or vase so that I can keep better track of them. Not to mention I can keep a better eye on them since my cats get somewhat curious. XD

Oh, I created a new account that will be a kanzashi club. I'll send you a note when it's done. :D :hug:
